Infrastructure in Gurugram will get a Major Boost with these Development Projects, CM

Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini on Wednesday inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for development projects worth over Rs. 188 crore in Gurugram district.
After chairing the District Grievance Redressal Committee meeting in Gurugram, the Chief Minister reached the PWD Rest House, where he inaugurated two key road projects in the Pataudi constituency. These include the Panchgaon to Farukh Nagar Road Via Jamalpur double-lane road constructed at a cost of Rs. 55.05 crore, and the upgraded Haily Mandi to Farukhnagar via Mehchana road done at a cost of Rs. 13.18 crore.
In Sohna constituency, the Chief Minister inaugurated the Alipur to Haria Heda road via GA road and the temple road at Raisina village, constructed at a cost of Rs. 8.23 crore. Besides this, he inaugurated the BPDS road to Nunera road built at a cost of Rs. 32.63 lakh, and the Lohsinghani to Chamanpura road completed at a cost of Rs. 28.26 lakh.
Foundation stones were also laid for the redevelopment of GA Road to Dhumaspur via Nayagaon at a cost of Rs. 13.34 crore and for the Sohna-Abhaypur-Lohatki-Khedla and Damdama to Rithoj road rejuvenation projects worth Rs. 16.56 crore.
Marking a significant step in urban infrastructure, the Chief Minister inaugurated a 100 MLD capacity Water Treatment Unit-4 established by GMDA at Chandu Budhera at a cost of Rs. 63.18 crore. This new unit will enhance clean drinking water supply to over 4.5 lakh families across 34 sectors (Sector 81 to 115) in Gurugram. Canal water will be treated and supplied directly to households. Once operational, areas like Laxman Vihar, Tikona Park, New Colony, Jyoti Park, Arjun Nagar, Sector 12A, Dayanand Colony, etc., will receive daily water supply at the rate of 100 litres per person.
Meanwhile, to boost the district’s education infrastructure, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stones for new school buildings under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan. These include projects in village Daulatabad of Badshahpur constituency at a cost of Rs. 5.03 crore, village Dhanwapur at a cost of Rs. 2.39 crore, Sohna at a cost of Rs. 4.70 crore, village Ghamroj at a cost of Rs. 3.40 crore and village Silani at a cost of Rs. 3.12 crore.
